The long way around to building something that was actually hers.
Every milestone, trophy, and title tells part of it. Here's the rest.
Raised in government housing — and raised to shine.
Jerusher grew up in government housing, but you'd never know it from how big she was allowed to dream. Her parents were her biggest fans, always finding a way to get her into every activity, play, and pageant. It's also where she first learned that her voice was always going to be the thing that opened doors.
A premature son changed what "success" looked like.
When her son was born premature and needed hands-on care, Jerusher started a part-time, home-based business in direct sales. That business replaced her income, grew into a huge organization, and gave her the time freedom she needed.
She took the "side business" seriously — and it showed.
Jerusher became part of the top 1% of that company and held that position for years, earning the cars, the trips, the crowns, and the on-stage recognition. She was living the life — until the pandemic. One problem: she wasn't even on social media. No presence, no followers, no plan. Almost overnight, Jerusher had to learn how to build an online presence from scratch — and use it to generate real clients, customers, and connections.
Offline to online — and a signature course was born.
She started teaching other entrepreneurs how to make the same leap she'd just made, and created her signature course, the 3-Day Ride Business Course. Moving her business from offline to online didn't just grow it — it changed her life.
